How Do I Place An Order?
We are currently updating our online catalog. Until the online catalog is finished, please call and place all orders over the telephone. Please call us at (213)386-5507 Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, or Sundays from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
Payment and Shipping
We accept cash, money orders, and credit cards. We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard (including Visa & Mastercard bank debit cards). All orders must be prepaid and unfortunately sales tax must be collected on all orders shipped to California. USPS Priorty Mail is our standard form of shipping however, we can also arrange shipments via UPS or FedEx if requested. Please note UPS and FedEx can not deliver the USPS Post Office Boxes.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the heigenic nature of wigs and hair extensions we regret to inform you that we can not accept returns or exchanges on these products once they are opened, so please choose carefully. If they have not been opened or tampered with in any way, or if you are returning tools or other products without heigenic issues, you may send them back for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us immediately for a return authorization number (RAN #) and directions on where to mail the products back. Please note we can not accept returns without an RAN # so please make sure to contact us before returning anything. Also, the postmark may not exceed 72 hours from the time of arrival to the time you mail back the product, so please return all items promptly. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and please note that we can not be held responsible if the item gets lost in the mail or if there are any shipping delays, so make sure to insure the package and retrain all tracking information until we confirm delivery. Lastly, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we deem a product to have been opened or tampered with. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
